Pohlheim, Germany (16 July 2020) — FOG Software Group (“FOG”), a division of Vela Software, and Constellation Software, Inc. [TSX: CSU] today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Quadrature S.A. (“Quadrature”).
Gosselies, Belgium-based Quadrature is a leader in software for the windows and doors industry. Their WinPro Corporate software is an enterprise solution used in the windows and doors industry and by traditional dealers for selling, designing, producing, and delivering windows.
Following the acquisition, Quadrature will operate as an independent division of FOG. The company will continue to develop, enhance, service, and support their range of software solutions in providing a competitive edge to customers.
